CA Productions (Creative Artist) are professional video producers, producing high quality video and multimedia productions as a core business. We provide the whole range of production services, from the initial concept, scripting, storyboarding, casting, filming, videotaping, graphics, editing, mastering and duplicating. We are flexible in our choice of video production values, always choosing the best solution for your corporate video communication needs.

Some or all of the following steps may be used in creating your video master.

1. Identify the Purpose of the Production
Why are you doing this project? Who will benefit? How will it be used?

2. Identify the Target Audience
Who are you trying to reach? Different audiences bring different biases and
backgrounds with them and knowing who your production is targeting will be
crucial in how we proceed with your production.

3. Determine the Basic Value of Your Production
Identifying your project budget allows us to look at all available resources that can
be utilized in your production and still stay within your budget.

4. Develop a Treatment or a Production Proposal

This is the stage where the best resources are chosen to deliver the idea, look and
feel of your production.

5. Develop a Production Schedule
Setting a timetable, which is part of the treatment process, and keeping to it is essential to doing a good job. When things are hurried, quality may be sacrificed
for expediency.

6. Select Key Production Personnel
Who will be the camera person? Who will handle lighting? Who will take care of props?. Who will edit and so on.

7. Decide on Locations
Good projects begin with treatments, then storyboards. The storyboard can give you ideas on where/how you want the video to take place. Indoors, outdoors, mixed?

8. Decide on Talent, Wardrobe and Sets
If your production requires actors, specific wardrobes and props, this needs to be
worked out in advance. An essential element in good video is the care that is put into thinking through the visual images that will appear in it.

9. Decide on the Remaining Production Personnel
Will your production need additional support people, background actors, etc.? Now is the time to make sure everything is in place. Before we begin shooting.

10. Select Video inserts, Voice-Over, Music, Still Photos and Graphics
This section can be done either before or after shooting begins. What text will appear on screen? Will your production use still photos rather than "live" video? if so, which photos? Will your production need graphics? Will your video need voice-over or music and sound effects.

11. Rehearsals and Shooting
We shoot no production without having at least minimal rehearsal. The more
prepared people are to proceed, the better the final result.

12. Editing Your Video Production
We take all video footage and digitized it into the computer, then proceed to mix and match the footage into a final visual product. Part technical, part artistic, editing is the final step to a successful production.

13.Postproduction
After you have looked at the final product version and are satisfied we package your production on videotape, CD-ROM, or DVD.

14. You are presented wth your final production package.

Please remember that a good video production does not have to be expensive to be good....Call us today for more information!!
